Turn your phone into a versatile thermal imaging camera! The UTi120 Mobile Thermal Imager is easy to use, fits in your pocket, and demonstrates readiness as soon as it is plugged into a USB port. It detects temperatures up to 400 °C, making it one of the market leaders in thermal imaging for mobile devices.
Precision thermal sensor
The UTi120 portable thermal imaging camera for smartphones captures temperatures from -20 °C to 400 °C in three gain modes: low, high and automatic. A narrower range of temperatures can be captured with greater sensitivity to their difference, and vice versa. The sensitive thermal sensor also takes spot measurements. Simply point to an object on the screen (possible square, circular, dot or linear graphic markings). The temperature can be expressed in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Clear thermal visualization
The matrix has an infrared resolution of 120 x 90 pixels (captures 10,800 pixels). The wide field of view (50° horizontally) allows the entire wall to be presented in one frame. The 25 Hz refresh rate ensures smooth vision without lag. In addition to classic thermal imaging, the image is also generated in fusion mode (fusion with the image from the phone’s camera) or picture in picture (infrared image and the image from the mobile camera appear on the screen at the same time in the preview window).
Rich color palette
Easy identification of objects and precise image analysis is enabled by an extensive palette of contrasting colors. The user can choose from 7 options: iron oxide red, rainbow, incandescent, red hot, lava, high contrast rainbow, black hot.
Intuitive mobile application
The UTi120 camera is operated using the free Thermal Mobile app, which launches automatically when the device is connected to a smartphone. The software looks like the camera on your phone, making it an extremely easy-to-use tool for conducting quick inspections.
Functionality
Night vision has a wide range of applications in the construction industry: it detects areas of excessive energy consumption in a building, insulation damage, HVAC system inefficiencies and leaks in water pipes. The included extension cable allows the camera to reach hard-to-reach nooks and crannies where it is impossible to position the phone at the right angle.
Temperature alert
The temperature spread is displayed at all times on the app’s home screen. If the values are too high or too low than set, the device will inform the user.
Durability
The thermal imaging camera is protected by a durable metal housing, resistant to drops from up to two meters. It is powered by a connected external device, so it works as long as the battery of your phone or tablet will allow. Stored photos and videos can be transferred via a USB-C cable.
